earth gonna move out of orbit?

is the earth movin out of its orbit ??????????<br />i heard that there is an accident which goin to take place between the earth and an asteroid .what steps are being taken to prevent it? will we survive it?

You're probably referring to 2004 MN4. Initial measurements seemed to indicate an impact in 2029.
