The essence of Einstein's 1918 solution to the twin paradox:

As the traveling twin turns around, a homogeneous gravitational field appears throughout all of space, and this homogeneous gravitational field is causing the stay-at-home twin and the rest of the universe to accelerate towards the traveling twin. Also, due to gravitational time dilation, the universe, including the stay-at-home twin, suddenly gets much older than the traveling twin during the short turning-around period.

A sane person would be unable to find more idiotic reasoning in officially-accepted science. In Einstein's schizophrenic world this is a deep truth:

What below is absolutely missing from the two videos above?! Again, absolutely missing! And rips what's in the two videos to shreds! The below is a matter of triangulations of 3 and 4 points, not a matter of 2 points and 1-dimensionality! What is in the videos is strictly a matter of "Auf/Aop" and "Bop" below! Strictly!!!! They merge "Buf" into "Bop!" And duck "Auf|Aop"! Creating a 1-dimensional stick picture only! Where the hell did the speed of light go in the videos?! There was no speed of light in the videos! None!!!!

A = Observers, including their clocks, in rest, or preferred, frames.
B = Observer travelers, including their clocks, or simply objects at a distance (all objects are moving in some way or other at all times in the universe, including universes themselves with the sole exceptions of Infinite Multiverse Universe and (collapsed constant) PBB(B)H (cc (/\)) Horizon . . . and, [infinite / infinitesimal mass singularity | infinite / infinitesimal well (hole) (void) (vacuum)] at the speed of light (universal constant) 'c' = primal / fundamental 0|1 (unity)).
{+H} = Horizon (future (14 billion years))
{-H} = Horizon (past (14 billion years))
p = past
f = future
o = observed / observable
u = unobserved / unobservable
<< = slow, or slower than, SPOL
>> = fast, or faster than, SPOL

Distance (expanded or expansive)
1) {+/- H}(AB){-/+ H}
2) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop < Bop{-H} > Buf{+H}.
3) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop << Bop{-H} >> Buf{+H}
4) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop <<< Bop{-H} >>> Buf{+H}
5) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop <<<< Bop{-H} >>>> Buf{+H}
6) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop <<<<< Bop{-H} >>>>> Buf{+H|
(Reality, including the real clock and real clock time being later in time, being farther away in space and time(!) than you think! Then you observe! "Aop/Bop" is the earlier time (toward the past Horizon (-H), thus the slower clocks)! "Auf/Buf" the later time (toward the future Horizon (+H), thus the faster clocks)!)

Distance (contracted or contractive)
1) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop >>>>> {+H}Buf <<<<< Bop{-H}
2) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop >>>> {+H}Buf <<<< Bop{-H}
3) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop >>> {+H}Buf <<< Bop{-H}
4) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop >> {+H}Buf << Bop{-H}
5) {+H}Auf | {-H}Aop > {+H}Buf < Bop{-H}
6) {+/- H}(AB){-/+ H}
(Reality, including the real clock and real clock time still being later in time, being closer in space and time(!) than you think! Closer than you observe! "Aop/Bop" is still the earlier time (toward the past Horizon (-H), thus still the slower clocks)! "Auf/Buf" still the later time (toward the future Horizon (+H), thus still the faster clocks)!)

High priests in the Einstein Cult avoid explicit reference to Einstein's 1918 idiocy and teach equally idiotic euphemisms:

David Morin, Introduction to Classical Mechanics, Chapter 11, p. 14: "Twin A stays on the earth, while twin B flies quickly to a distant star and back...For the entire outward and return parts of the trip, B does observe A's clock running slow, but ENOUGH STRANGENESS occurs during the turning-around period to make A end up older." https://scholar.harvard.edu/files/david-morin/files/cmchap11.pdf

Deciphering "enough strangeness": As the traveling twin turns around, a homogeneous gravitational field appears throughout all of space, and this homogeneous gravitational field is causing the stay-at-home twin and the rest of the universe to accelerate towards the traveling twin. Also, due to gravitational time dilation, the universe, including the stay-at-home twin, suddenly gets much older than the traveling twin during the short turning-around period.

B. S. The turn-around is in place on a dime. No wide swings out to it. No real difference than orbiters coming around in orbit of the Earth to the same observer, to the same spot above the same observer, many times over while occasionally making adjustments to their attitude or orbit. There is no big deal to going away and coming to! The big deal comes of being on both sides of the speed of light horizon, and both sides of a black hole horizon, and being involved with quantum entanglement and the principle of uncertainty, at once, something it seems no one ever notices or diagrams but me that I know of.

My two diagrams (going away and coming to) could easily be of one ship and crew bound for Mars as observed and unobserved (observable and unobservable) from both Mars (from the front) and Earth (from the rear) at the same time. All anyone would have to do is make Auf/Aop (the Earth observer) in the second diagram, Cuf/Cop (the Mars observer). The real space-time traveler stays the same on both views exactly as I have it but now there is a light born traveler for the Mars observer and a light born traveler for the Earth observer for a total of seven points to deal with in dimensional triangulation instead of four (three un-observables and four observables),

Were there an observer in a trojan position above or below all three participants in a scenario of a traveler between a Mars observer and an Earth observer, the traveler would be observed by the observer in the trojan position to be arcing between Earth and Mars toward Mars rather than being in-line between. It would appear to be larger than life to the observer in the trojan position, to mean appearing to be somewhat closer to him than either the Mars observer or the Earth observer, approximately the same view the Earth observer has of the traveler but above rather than rear. The Mars observer observes the traveler to be closer to him but not as close as he really is. The Earth observer observes the traveler to be closer to her but closer than he really is. The observer in the trojan position whether above or below the three, side or side of the three, observes the traveler to be closer to it but arcing faster toward Mars than the Earth observer would measure from observation in-line going away, and slower than the Mars observer would measure oncoming. Three [different speed] travelers in three different places at once . . . and three different clocks clocking three different speeds of time passing. The one the Earth observer might observe the slowest of the three (being a descent in time ultimately toward -H (Horizon (past))). The one the Mars observer might observe the fastest of the three (an ascent in time ultimately toward +H (Horizon (future))).

I forgot to add: The observation of the objectively real traveler (Buf) concerning the Earth observer (Aop) to his rear would be identical (Aop) to that (Auf) observer's space and time view of him and his clock (Bop). His (Buf) observation concerning the Mars observer (Cop) to his front would be identical (Cop) to that (Cuf) observer's space and time observation of him and his clock (Bop). Again, more points than two, more dimensions than one.

John Norton, high priest in the Einstein Cult, has replaced Einstein's 1918 homogeneous gravitational field with equally idiotic "hypersurfaces of simultaneity":

"We read from these hypersurfaces that the traveling twin judges the stay-at-home twin's clock to be running at half the speed of the travelers. When the traveler's clock reads 1 day, the stay-at-home twin's reads 1/2 day; just before the turn around, when the traveler's clock is almost at 2 days, the stay-at-home twin's clock is almost at 1 day. Then, at the end of the outward leg, the traveler abruptly changes motion, accelerating sharply to adopt a new inertial motion directed back to earth. What comes now is the key part of the analysis. The effect of the change of motion is to alter completely the traveler's judgment of simultaneity. The traveler's hypersurfaces of simultaneity now flip up dramatically. Moments after the turn-around, when the travelers clock reads just after 2 days, the traveler will judge the stay-at-home twin's clock to read just after 7 days. That is, the traveler will judge the stay-at-home twin's clock to have jumped suddenly from reading 1 day to reading 7 days. This huge jump puts the stay-at-home twin's clock so far ahead of the traveler's that it is now possible for the stay-at-home twin's clock to be ahead of the travelers when they reunite." https://sites.pitt.edu/~jdnorton/teaching/HPS_0410/chapters/spacetime_tachyon/index.html
