Question Enlarge starship diameter?

It is possible that the original diameter in the first designs of the starship - super heavy system will be considered again, thus, from the current 9 meters it will be increased to 12 meters, the difficulty is that this implies a massive modification from the OLM to the sub orbital pads.

I think it's too late for such a massive change. IIRC., SpaceX thought developing Falcon Heavy would be easier than it was because of its close heritage with Falcon 9, so I think they'll think twice about making a larger Starship. Besides that, I don't think there'll be a need for a bigger launch vehicle for a while. It'll probably take years for the industry to take full advantage of Starship.

I was suggesting a diameter increase for Starship alone, something like the ratio of the Falcon 9 booster to the thrust fairing on the second stage.
