A possible 6.34 Jupiter mass planet may be the first found in another galaxy.

Humason saw Cepheid variable stars in M-31 almost a century ago. Now a planet via microlensing. Very interesting.

Is the planet a gas giant or a Near Earth M-Class Planet? If the planet resembles Earth in that it has an atmosphere as well as cloud layers and a solid ground to walk on, then we might have the first home away from home that we can strive towards getting too.
