They are old names of our friemd black hole.John Wheeler in 1967.christened it like that .And since then the poor chap is blackhole..

It is Wheelers habit to mediate about the names we call things relaxing in bath tub or lying in bed at night.He sometimes willsearch for months in this way for just the right name for something.Such was his search for aeplacement for frozen star/cllaspsed star.Finally in late 1967,he found the perfect name.
