If you were on Titan and on the side of the moon facing away from the sun but facing Saturn, would the surface of Titan be as bright as if light from the sun was hitting it?... or dim like our own full moon?... or more or less?

I could imagine through the haze of Titan that Saturn would be somewhat obscured but I can't imagine totally or even significantly....Any thoughts?

It would be dimmer than the sunlight side. The Sun is what illuminates Saturn, so the night side is receiving reflected sunlight. If you could focus that sunlight on Titan, you might make it a lot brighter, but this would require Saturn presenting a concave face to Titan. But it's presenting a sphere (and a bright ring system).

If you want the exact answer, you need to know Saturn's visual magnitude at the distance of Titan and the Sun's visual magnitude at the distance of Titan, and use this to compare the ratio of their fluxes, or brightnesses.

m1-m2 = -2.5log(f1/f2)
