Pulsars show various spin rates. Using a standard model, radius 10 km, mass 1.4 solar, spin rate = 1 revolution per second, the rotation speed at its equator could be near 63 km/s. Spin rate 1 x 10^-2 second, rotation near 6300 km/s. The Sun rotates near 2 km/s today.
