Gravity needs a diet

FYI. I use books like The Physics Problem Solver, 1987 and Einstein 1961 work on Relativity (Special and General) when reviewing questions about weight, gravitational acceleration/force, inertial mass vs. gravitational mass, etc. Measuring the weight of gravity and is gravity heavier suggests that gravity is different in different parts of the universe according to post #1.

How much does a 1 kilogram object weigh at the surface of Earth? How much does a 1 kilogram object weigh at the surface of an exoplanet that is 0.5 earth mass with surface gravity 0.78 g (radius of exoplanet 0.8 earth radii) compared to Earth's surface gravity of 1 g?
