HAARP project - any danger to earth´s atmosphere?

Too early to know this for certain but because the result is similar to how a natural Aurora Borealis occurs, I suspect the environmental hazards would be negligeable. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p><strong>My borrowed quote for the time being:</strong></p><p><em>There are three kinds of people in life.
