How cold is space? Physics behind the temperature of the universe

Just a quibble about the added "feature" "WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU WERE EXPOSED TO SPACE?":

It does correctly state that you would die quickly because of the physical disruptions of decompression.

However, it only says that after getting pedantic about heat transfer mechanisms - and it missed one - the biggest one - evaporative cooling. The phase transitions of water (and other materials) from liquid to gas cools the liquid left behind as the gas escapes. This would obviously also be happening to somebody unlucky enough to be "decompressed" in space.
