It is a volcanic rock. No doubt, like GongGong seen earlier in the mission.

Andrew Brown.

"I suddenly noticed an anomaly to the left of Io, just off the rim of that world. I remember a quote by an elderly woman being asked by a TV reporter what she thought about viking not finding life on Mars. She replied that if they had really wanted to find life on Mars they would have landed in the cities not in the desert.
Bob DeWoody

bdewoody:
I remember a quote by an elderly woman being asked...

Me:
LOL, thats a good one. Almost as good as the anti nuclear protesters with signs that read "Keep space radiation free".

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life. Those who make it happen, those who watch it happen...and those who do not know what happened.

stevehw33:
This absurd thread should have long ago been sent to the "Phenomena" topic, where it has LONG belonged.

Me:
IMO, its not quite into the phenomenon category just yet. After all, much of the discussion has tended to center around the type of rock it might be even though the thread kind of implies or invites the RHC type theory or conclusion.

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life.
