They have been using tax dollars like this: WE fund Congress--Congress funds NASA--Nasa funds JPL----Taxpayers get ripped off by JPL. Taxpayers get NOTHING in RETURN from DEEP IMPACT imaging. (so called blurry images) get nothing from the spectrometer readings,,,the same ole same old rip-off.
