It rained all nite long here in Roanoke. Looks like it’s gonna start again shortly. And it seems whenever these things come thru, it’s always when the ground is saturated. We don’t get all the wind but we sure get the water. Overloads the streams and rivers. In the fast manner. It’s quite amazing the damage a hurricane can do out here in western VA.

I waiting it out in Albany, GA. We've had 2" rain so far, the storm is still 250 miles south of us. We're under a hurricane warning, but the winds won't be here for another 10 hours or so. Dead calm right now.
