International Space Program/Policies research paper help

I'm writing a research paper about the International Space Policy/Programs. Basically, I need to write about the Goals/Plans that the International Space program want to accomplish/try in the future. I was wondering if anyone has any links that can guide me to the right direction. I tried Googling and trying to find the info on Wiki but, no luck.
