Fresh off the presses - <br /><br /><strong>Release date:</strong> May 7, 2010<br /><br />Justin Theroux (Tropic Thunder) is writing the screenplay. Jon Favreau is returning as director, and Robert Downey Jr. is back as Stark/Iron Man. Gwyneth Paltrow is expected to be back as Pepper Potts.<br /><br />Replacing Terrence Howard as Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes will be Oscar nominee Don Cheadle.
