Question Is the gravity on one side of Pluto stronger than the other side

I understand that the center of gravity of the Charon-Pluto system is actually outside of the surface of Pluto. So would the side toward Charon have a lower gravity (things would weigh less).

Interesting. If the gravity is indeed different on one side of Pluto than the other, might explain the orbital 'dance' seen between Charon and Pluto a few years ago. Crude explanation, but that difference might have some direct connection to their very active orbit(s)?
