is there a shift beyond red for truly fast stuff?

just oustside our local reality, where stuff recedes from us at 1.5 the speed of light, could the red shift itself be too carried away that it becomes a shift into for example AM radio photons? (for the truly faster stuff, anyway?or at least not a red shift, but a shift into microwave ? what kindof shift is expected for the stuff moving away between 1.5 and 50 times C) If there is such thing as microwave shift, is this what we look at/ look for in space? to see if maybe we can catch the wake of the truly fast stuff thought to have expanded away with space or without at speeds near 50 * C , when the visible universe (local reality) was still young, small and crowded? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

if by C you mean speed of light then there's definitely no answer to that. But i do know that the red shift can fade outside the visible light into infrared so i can't really see why it wouldn't go farther.

It's called the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. what kindof shift is expected for the stuff moving away between 1.5 and 50 times C No shift is expected at all. What you're talking about would be outside our universe.

well thats true, its what I call outside of our local reality, the stuff itself which left the fotprint, but the footprint microwave photons are very much still here is that what they used to estimate a speed of 50 x c ? the wake of microwave photons? have we scanned for even longer-photon wakes like am radio? whats beyond radio on the very low ends? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

Redshift is a generic term used to descripe the direction of the Doppler shift of light. Red means towards longer wavelengths and is receeding. blue shift me4ans towards shorter wavelengths and is approaching. The amount of shifting is givena value (redshift = 1.5 for example). Since the Redshift merely means direction (and not the actual color of the result) there is no need for a "microwave shifting". Well, radio is the last category we've named... Lower limit would be wavelength equal to diameter of universe. (thats a very low note indeed) Energy level of a photon like that would probably 'blend' into the quantum froth.
