We have had a number of "move the ISS" threads over the years. I will send a PM when
I get a chacne welcoming the user and encouraging them ina friendly way to explore the forum.

I have to admit to a certain slightly unfriendly bias against folks that show up in a forum, don't read anything
that is already there, and then blurt out something that has already been discussed. I know I have this
bias, and I try really hard to avoid letting it leak into correspondence.

This is probably not a Missions and Launches thread, the closest fit is probably Space Business, but
that is not a perfect fit either.
