This Proton-M launch will end the quiet launch season we have had and it'll be a start of pretty interesting next two months. There will be about ~15 launches from now to the end of March.

Launch time: 00:18 GMT on 28th (7:18 p.m. EST on 27th)
Launch site: Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan

A Russian government Proton rocket will launch a Raduga military communications satellite.

Poor quality launch video:

I will post the official launch replay video once it appears from tvroscosmos. Above video misses sound from the beginning and is not very smooth... The launch itself looked pretty nice like Proton launches always and whats even better the sky was perfectly clear.

It looks so much nicer in this video... Very beautiful launch, Proton's white flame with blue glow and cold&clear sky. Looks very cool and elegant.
