<p>This would certainly seem to be a potentially viable option...IF...Obama goes along with it, AND IF...Congress provides the money.&nbsp; At this point, no telling what will happen after January 20th.</p><p>Ad LEO! Ad Luna! Ad Ares! Ad Astra!</p>
