A completely unreliable system, one thing or another breaks down, and we see no end to it. NASA needs to terminate its contract with ULA to fly astronauts to the ISS and transfer all contracts to SpaceX.
Astronauts on the ISS will run to the Russian toilet) Again. Until SpaceX arrives and brings this damn pump.

Is there a plan B for getting this pump to them if there is another scrub for Starliner?

The Boeing Starliner was this plan B... Plan A was to fix the pump ourselves on board the ISS.
