Hi,
I know right now that the only way we maneuver craft in space is by using thrusters which give quick bursts in a certain direction to move the craft. I also realize that due to the lack of air or friction in space that a rudder like a boat or plane uses to steer would not do anything in space. So I guess my question is, is there anyway for a space ship or prob to maneuver like you see in the movies? Are there any scientists currently working on any other method of maneuvering in space besides what we have now?
Thanks,
