Moon Program

Does anybody know the status on the Moon programs - Constellation, etc. I thought it was all canceled for the most part, but have recently heard that it's possibly being reinstated. What made me suspicious is that what I heard was that congress is trying to push it through?

It's at the legislative stage. There's a couple of threads focused on it in the SB&T forum. Hobbyspace.com is covering it pretty well, and there's plenty of detailed discussion from the usual suspects at NSF.
