Most Important Accessory Invention used in Space?

My answer is velcro. Was watching NASA TV tonight question and answer session with shuttle crew. I noticed their clothing had several strips of velcro and I bet most everything they use has velcro patches. Wouldn't things be a mess up there if they didn't have it.

I assume you don't want the obvious inventions such as spacecraft, spacesuits, umbilical cords, re-pressurazable hatches, cooling/warming systems for spacesuits, etc.

I'll go for the special CPU-controlled pistol-grip high-torque, low-speed wrench used for the ISS and to fix Hubble:
