You give it five stars, but Amazon customers only give it 3.9 and say that in particular, the functionality, unit focus and image quality are unsatisfactory. Many complain that the images are blurry and report many scratched disks. Reviewers say that the images go out of focus repeatedly when the unit rotates, and the focus then needs to be reset, only to have the image go out of focus again. There are also many complaints that the units do not turn or stick and stutter when in rotation mode. One quarter of the reviews give it an unfavourable rating of 2 or 1 stars.
