The same place that leaks out all that sweet carbon. Isn't it nice to know there's more helium left than just clathrates? The same theory explains why oil and gas wells refill.

Just to be sure, I do think helium and carbon deserve their separate theories. Not looking for disputes, just noticing a unity.
