How do people think that Edwin Hubble would have reacted if he found out that a space telescope would be named after him and it would have major discoveries of its own? Would he have predicted some of those discoveries?

Humbled? I have no illusions I could speak for Hubble. He might be so old that reactions to any stimuli might be non-existent :)

Not likely. Hubble didn't really make any predictions... just observations. Even his measurement based on observations were quite a bit off the mark, but led future astronomers in the quite the right direction.
