Should astronauts learn to use their toes and feet to hold and grab?

I use my toes and feet when barefoot with barely a thought - I'll pick up something off the floor and pass it to my hands or toss an article of clothing to a basket or hold something in place so my hands are free. In zero gee it makes sense to not just use feet for grabbing and holding, but to train at doing so to maximise that ability. Seems like it would be very useful in zero gravity. Anchoring under foot-bars will still be useful to get leverage and strength but a lot of the time a light hold and longer reach would be good. Should this be encouraged?
