I am assuming NASA generated accident reconstruction videos of the lost shuttles. Have these ever been released?
Are they available online? I am referring to both Challenger and Columbia. If not, what would it cost to get a DVD from them with a FOI request?

There was an accident investigation video tape released for Challenger. You might find a copy on E-bay. I have never looked for one on Columbia.

Also, Borders, a year or 2 ago had copies of the CAIB findings for sale in paper back. Again, check E-bay.

I also have a soft cover copy of the Challenger investigation (volume 1 only of 5) but I have no idea where I got it after all these years.

Caution: All these materials are technical, grim and emotionless, I have always had a rough go reviewing them.

TPTB went to Dallas and all I got was Plucked !!

So many people, so few recipes !!

Let's clean up this stinkhole !!
