The significant milestone completed is the Flight Test Plan for the Dream Chaser™ space vehicle. Even if they do this on the side on a unfunded agreement with NASA, Dream Chaser will still materialize, which will be truly amazing.<br /><br />Basically this means, that SpaceDev has private manned space program in the making. <br /><br />Maybe I should mention at this point, that I am a stakeholder. <br /><br />Edit: without inside information.
