We are hearing from Mission Control that the pad abort involved an out-of-limit startup parameter.
I'm sorry, but I need to correct this... Merlin engines are using TEA/TEB ignition (hypergolics) and that is consumed when the engines are really tried to start. TEA/TEB system cannot be refurbished without de-tanking and vehicle safing. So it actually is only one try when TEA/TEB fires.MeteorWayne":27y0rraq said:That's what I said.
