They only reported they ignited the 33 booster engines, not that they all stayed lit or were throttleable. The test should not be termed 'successful' but only 'completed.' Right now, the day after the test, the huggy arms of the launch tower are engaged with the booster as if getting ready to remove it from the launcher for repairs.
