SpaceX high volume (for a space company) manufacturing & launch frequency means that cost for each launch should beat any competition by a mile. Only reason I could think where they would turn contracts down are probably due to conflict of scheduling. Other companies tendering for contracts at this stage I imagine would probably incur a loss just so they can get a foot in the door.
