Interesting that the article is about SpaceX testing a reboost with Dragon and then the article devolves into a listing of recent incidents with SpaceX hardware. The two aren't even closely related and weren't linked in the article. What was the intent to highlight those issues?

Agree completely, an interesting topic then the author goes on a long and completely unnecessary rant about SpaceX "issues"... Issues that barely affect objectives. Are you paid by Boeing?? Stick to the topic at hand and keep the slander and overblown negativity elsewhere. Weak.

They are linked to the subject of deorbiting ISS, since the company needs to survive that far. Journalists routinely do these types of connections when they want to provide larger context as a service to the reader.
