Star Comparison Math Help Needed

I'm new here so hopefully I'm posting in the right place. I've always thought it was fascinating to see the comparison of our sun with UY Scuti or VV Cephei. A couple of days ago, I decided to try to create a graphic of our solar system with the orbits of each planet. My art abilities aren't that great in Procreate so I pulled in a couple of graphics from online that seemed to be somewhat accurate. I traced the orbits and put our sun in the middle, and then duplicated my graphic, thinking that I was going to then impose UY Scuti on top, making it big enough to swallow the orbit of Jupiter, because references online seem to indicate it would end somewhere between the orbit of Jupiter and Saturn.

This doesn't have to be perfect, but I would like to understand if I'm doing something wrong or the popular graphics I've always seen are wrong because our sun on mine (after looking at most people's versions) looks a lot bigger compared to UY Scuti then the popular ones I've seen online all this time. So did my ballpark estimate go way off base or is the popular version of the graphic wrong? And btw, I'll include a graphic from AI. I asked it to give me a comparison of the largest star in the universe compared to our sun. I didn't specify what the largest one was and it came out more like mine. (No credit to me... I"m TOTALLY eyeballing everything!)

I guess what I'm ultimately asking is - is this first graphic I see online actually accurate???
