An eye-catching title here :) I reviewed these two exoplanet sites.

The Extrasolar Planets Encyclopaedia (exoplanet.eu)

NASA Exoplanet Archive (caltech.edu)

Using the NASA site and selecting for exoplanets with radii < = 3 earth radii, I found 2685 listed confirmed. However, min and max masses ranged from 0.251 earth masses up to 1015.9 earth masses with semi-major axis ranging 0.0058 AU to 1.1218 AU. The exoplanet.eu site using 1.1 to 10.5 earth masses provided 335. Min 1.188 earth masses up to 10.488 earth masses and semi-major axis 0.006 AU min out to 32 AU max.

There is the problem of determining atmosphere content as well as surface temperatures too. Exoplanet atmospheres (iac.es)

The site shows 120 exoplanets, most with some determined atmosphere and temperature properties.

Perhaps the grass is greener on the other side but wait and see here :)
