Rotating emfs have already proved levitation. They do not have the saucer shape with added lift from 3 airplane like humps on the saucer. His design also does not appear to have cathode ray tube capabilities. I am amazed that it actually levitates. I was on my own with a hunch that Tesla was on to something. I finally found news this has been done as well.
