Some questions: Are the constellations changed as seen from
1 At 100 AU distance at the place where Pioneer and Voyagers are right now?
2 From Alpha Centauri at 4 lightyears?
3 In which constellation is our Solarsystem an the Sun as seen from Alpha Centauri?
1. No

2. Just a tad

3. IIRC, it's the constellation Andromeda (it would be antipodal to alpha centauri's location in the southern sky).

TPTB went to Dallas and all I got was Plucked !!

So many people, so few recipes !!

Let's clean up this stinkhole !!

A little tip:

Download the free program Celestia where you can move freely around our solar system and stars in our part of the galaxy. I've been using this program a lot to answer such questions myself.

http://www.shatters.net/celestia/

----------------------------------

My minds have many opinions
