hey guys;
> if the sun has mass of 1.9891^30kg & it uses 4.4^9kg/sec. in the 4.5^9years has sun used 1/2 its mass. & therefore would the remaining 1/2 of solar mass be used faster.whereby instead of lasting another approx 5^9years, only last in the order of 2.5^9years. due to the fact that after 1/2 solar mass is converted to helium & energy, would not the pressure,gravity,temp., change significantly,thereby converting 2nd 1/2 of solar mass quicker

First of all, the Sun's mass isn't 2^30 kg - it's 2 times 10^30! There's a VERY big difference Similarly, the rate of mass conversion in the Sun is 4.4 * 10^9 kg/sec, not 4.4^9.

So at that rate, the Sun would take about 10^30 / 10^9 seconds to radiate away all its mass (other complications aside) - that's 10^21 seconds, or about 10^13 years - 10000 billion years. Nothing close to the age of the Sun, or the time it will take before the Sun becomes a red giant and the whole point is moot

ooops; that was big error; : actually did mean 1.989100 x 10^30kg. & 4.4 x 10^9kg/s, 4.5x10^9yrs;
still the point was asking whether there would be any change in sun, after being half way through it's 1st stage, so to speak; from what i have gleened,there was major change from when sun 1st ignited, to sun tempreture etc now;
another words if the sun is half way through it's hydrogen burning/converting stage; does it change, temp,pressure,magnetic fields,etc,
or does the sun need to burn all its hydrogen fuel,before there's any noticable difference
