I think at this point in time, we can clearly see the next ten years is gonna have a huge boom in development and interest in space. From suborbital flights(virgin) decreasing launch costs(spacex), and cheap habitat(bigelow), not the mention the india's and china's space programs undergoing rapid growth there gonna be a massive surge to the sky in the next ten years.

So what do you think will get out of LEO. My personal view is that we need to get into some sort of nuclear skytug. Only used once were off the planet, reuasble systems, than can bring things from leo to mars the moon NEO's, etc. My guess is it'd probaly got about 30 billion to develope, however if capable of say 1000 flights a year of ten years would,probally be about 3 million per tug.
