so the more gravity/speed means slower time so what about the opposite, less speed/gravity would mean time goes faster right, (im using the idea that a Russian agency discovered that a astronaut in orbit aged 0.0000000067 seconds faster then everything else), but if thats true that means that nothing can be dated like a comet its moving at a speed in which we cant accurately describe is it moving fast enough to slow time down or faster)

Time never speeds up, never slows down, because it is not a "thing", it's an inch, a meter, a second - all measurement standards. Relative speeds result in time differences because of space-time. The man that flies at light speed and returns to Earth, has experienced perfectly consistent timekeeping, as have the inhabitants of Earth, for their seconds ticked by normally as well. However, everyone on Earth will have aged much more than he did.
