What will happen to the International Space Station (I.S.S.) when Russia removes it's Rocket powered module?

The US has one spacecraft, the Cygnus made by Northrup Grumman, that has flown (Atlas 5 and could also fly on a Falcon 9), and has the capability to boost ISS.
Boeing's Starliner, expected to make its first flight to ISS this year, could also boost ISS.
Space X Dragon does not have the capability.

Yes, there is plenty of time. Current modelling shows re-entry around 2035, at least ten years away. Of course, it depends on how strong the next Solar maximum is. That will occur around 2025.

The 1998 agreement committed participants until 2024. This was reaffirmed by Russia in 2015 and as late as Aug 2022. On Oct 22, 2022 Russia announced they would participate until 2028.

If it does, the ISS will loose its reboost capability until a solution is found.
Due to this, Russia would take this oppertunity to let the ISS deorbit, effectively ending the program.
After this, Russia might dock with the Chinese Station to create a bigger station.
