IIRC the second stage of the booster failed, but it was considered a success on behalf of the solar sail team because their sail did everything it was supposed to correctly, it just didn't get enough altitude. I believe that they are scheduled to try again soon.

They where set to launch, however they had an issue with the payload so it is delayed.
