Charleston, South Carolina has had a total eclipse on March 7, 1970, one on August 21, 2017, and will have one on March 30, 2052. That's three total eclipses in 82 years.

This area also had a total eclipse in 1834, an annular in 1865, and will have a total in 2153 and an annular in 2165. With seven central eclipses in 331 years, I would nominate Charleston as the most eclipse prone city in the United States.
