When my son was in middle school he built the Whole Apollo Spacecraft stack from Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in the seventies, for that kit you had to fix and lock as well as glue te components including Saturn, CSM, Lunar Lander etc.

My favorite ship would be the Saturn V rocket because of how much opportunities it gave the human race relating to space exploration. It carried America through the Apollo missions and then launched Skylab. I fully believe that this is the rocket that impacted the human race the most and led the way for more spaceships to come and take its place. Though I believe that no rocket could ever take the place of the Saturn V rocket that started it all.
