So I love space shows and movies but I wanna know, are wormholes real? Can you really go from one side of the galaxy to the other. bend reality, and even more
please help me answer this.

A wormhole is thought to be a connection between two black holes far away from each other. Go into one BH, instantly arrive at the other. There are three problems.
1) First, you have to go to the far end and place a BH at the end point.
2) Going into a black hole will tear you into individual atomic particles with no way to reassemble them once you get there.
2) Once at the second BH, there is no way to get out.

So, IF they exist, they don't save any time on the initial trip, you are not whole once you get there and you can't leave the bus station.

You may find some speculations on the imaginary "wormholes", but it is nothing more than a notion. No proof, no examples, and as OP said, kind of impossible. BH do not connect to anywhere, in my thinking, a BH is the result of a gravitational event; no other force is needed, and once formed, there is so much compression (gravity) that even the atoms get packed so tight they lose coherence and structure, we think. No one knows about BH, we can only speculate. If a BH has any "connection", think of the forces that connection would have to overcome; also, a BH is a local event, and consists of local material, so how can that crushed mass "lead" to anywhere? It's the most solid thing in the Universe. If there are any connections, they would be in a higher dimension, of which we know nothing, so the simple answer points to NO, wormholes are not connected with BHs.
