There is a skymap showing the comets position on Feb 1 and Feb 10. How am I supposed to see that map its far too small. All I can see is the moon and the comet.

I also wondered but assume that the earths position back then was calculated???? I have seen software that pre-dicts positions on a given year.

My view is very simple. If we don't leave this planet we are doomed.

My mind is actually quite open on all universal subjects. Maybe I have not explained it properly. I think the main problem is 'experts'. Discovery Channel is full of them but many contradict others. An eminent astronomer told us the late heavy bombardment was due to Thera chopping off the top...

But, if a person believes X; then surely it is up to others to PROVE that person wrong. I believe in a 'big bang' that created our universe BUT, nobody had even tried to convince me I am wrong. I very much doubt if anyone can, and please, keep a god out of it.

Having read an ebook from Nasa (Russia has been living on lies for 100 years) they rename every failure (and there were an awful lot) to cover things up. Cosmos series made up a huge percentage of renamed craft, from the Zond series and before. I think possibly in the current climate it will...
