1000 Planets annual Board Meeting

1000 Planets held it's required annual board meeting on January 15 and 16, 2005 at 9 PM each evening. The second part was called because I lost my agenda and left out the major part of the necessary items. <br />The first part adjourned at: 1000Planets 2005 Annual board meeting has been closed at 11:55 EST.<br />The second adjourned on Sun Jan 16 21:18:15 2005<br /><br />The 2005 Annual Board of directors meeting was held via internet on January 15, 2005 starting at 9:20 PM EDT. Present were the three members of the board: John Wayne Smith, CEO, Charles Bunch, CFO, and Morgan Schafer. Also present were stockholders: Abdul Malik, Phillip Bowen, and Melanie Rehbein. There were two Guest: Todd Fries and Jeremy Noyes.<br />The second part held the evening of January 16, was attended by John Wayne Smith, Charles Bunch and Morgan Schafer. <br /><br />The agenda had three items. First was a yearly financial report. Then, An agreement with the International Space Exploration and Colonization Company of Fairbanks, Alaska. The last item was the gifting of Shares of 1000 Planets to those members of 1000 Planets, who have worked to achieve the goals of 1000 Planets in 2004.<br />The gifting of shares was held over until the evening of January 16, 2005 because I misplaced my agenda and the discussion on the evening of the 15th was so lively that I simply got carried away and forgot.<br /><br />The financial report was not complete. Only the current bank balances were reported. <br />Total liquid assets in the various accounts for 1000 Planets as of 1 Jan 2005 is: $2,101.84. <br />The following is a summary of the accounts.<br />1000Planets, Inc.
