The International Space Station marks 2,000 days of continuous manned occupation tomorrow, a signifigant achievement.

Since the October 31 2000 launch of Soyuz TM 31, crews have been at the space station. Though obviously not in the completed state which had been hoped for, it nevertheless is a big achievement.

2,000 days manned is a major milestone in the ISS program.

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life. True, so technically, its a matter of the crews being in space for 2,000 days whether aboard ISS or Soyuz.

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life. Those who make it happen, those who watch it happen...and those who do not know what happened.

Well then, if you are going to use THAT logic, then when the crew is outside for EVA since Exp 7 then they were not living on ISS either! :}
