It seems a 3km object has been found, and we should have found it 9 years ago.

Is there a way we could use the trajectory and velocity of an object such as this to send equipment and
materials to as many places in the solar system as you can think of and possibly deep space as well ?
That would save so much fuel mass, I would think. I wish we could send probes and equipment, attach them
to the object, and then launch them from the object at the proper time.
